Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Engagement: Establish and maintain a strong presence within assigned markets, focusing on HOA Community Management.
  • Relationship Building: Forge new connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving preferred vendor status.
  • Sales Process Management: Nurture client relationships through regular engagement and manage a pipeline with a sales cycle of 3-12 months.
  • Presentations: Conduct impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers and HOA members, effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the estimating department to provide clients with necessary information and support throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in closing contracts.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
    • Resourcefulness and the ability to overcome objections and negotiate contracts successfully.
