Job Summary:

Configuration Specialists typically complete a lot of form builds (using a suite of tools within our proprietary software), write error checks, test work for accuracy and that work meets design requirements. Configuration Specialists may also be required to work on Agate Software's help desk, fielding calls from system users and assisting them. The work environment is highly collaborative with times of both team and individual work on specific dedicated tasks relating back to the overall goal of the project.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support to team responsible for a subset of business systems applications
  • Translates business specifications into user documentation
  • Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications, including: design, analysis, build and testing
  • Plans, writes and maintains systems and user support documentation
  • Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or as directed

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Speaks fluent English
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job
  • Knowledge of basic networking principles, the internet, web browsers/browsing/caching/etc.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Experience with ADA compliance a plus
  • Experience with mobile development and responsiveness a plus

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of work experience
