WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a key member of the production team, your responsibilities will include scheduling and organizing all construction and project jobs. Each day, you'll work closely with the project manager to monitor project costs and forecast expenses, ensuring everything stays on budget. You'll assist with processing invoices, contracts, and warranties from start to finish on each job, communicate with clients and team members, and track project progress through various channels, including phone, email, and text.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PRODUCTION ASSISTANT?

We're looking for someone who can work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts while meeting the following qualifications:
  • Experience in a construction or a service-related company
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Experience working in Acculynx or other similar software
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions as well as work at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Basic understanding of exterior construction and the ability to speak with customers confidently is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak additional languages, especially Spanish, would be a plus
  • Leadership skills, positive attitude, friendly, and personable
