Overview:

**This position is temporary, with an opportunity to become permanent.

Prepares entrees, side dishes and other food items to be served to patients, staff and guests according to approved menu. Assists in the assembling of patient meal trays. Completes daily cleaning assignments and maintains accurate food safety/production records. Handles and prepares food in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist with ordering and storage of food and supplies according to policy.

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:

This position is a designated as Safety Sensitive Position under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of institutional food service cooking experience preferred, but not required.

Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
