The Wound Nurse Specialist consults clinical staff in the overall delivery of goods and services and maintenance of clinical care standards for clients in area of specialization. Develops, directs, and manages program operations; develops, maintains, and implements program goals and objectives. Qualifications Valid CT RN license BSN preferred; MSN in specialty area preferred Wound Care Certification Required Must have specialty certification or willingness to complete wound certification sponsored by agency within specified period of time. If sponsored by agency, applicant must commit to organization for two years.
