With industry-leading resident and family satisfaction, WSL is proud to help residents and staff make lasting connections while ensuring our seniors are fully engaged in living better lives longer.As a Custodian at Wentworth Senior Living, your responsibilities will include: Maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when interacting with team members and residents to promote a supportive and collaborative environment. Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, including buffers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees, to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, and other designated areas. Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, snow removal, lawn and grounds care, room turnovers, terminal cleans, and other light repairs as assigned. Complete daily work orders and ensure upkeep of all designated areas. Carry out housekeeping duties as assigned to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Use mechanized cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals according to OSHA guidelines. Store chemicals properly and recycle waste in compliance with established protocols.Experience: Custodial and or housekeeping experience is preferred.
