Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately, processing payments and confirming reservations.
- Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with resolving guest issues and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
