Role Overview:As a Development and Acquisition Director at Friedman Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and closing on high-profile build-to-suit (BTS) projects and industrial acquisition opportunities. Proven experience in real estate development, preferably in the industrial sector. Experience with build-to-suit projects or industrial brokerage is highly desirable. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections with potential clients and industry professionals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations. Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
