Facilitates branch meetings and implements other measures of accountability to ensure branch is meeting/exceeding sales/profitability goals. Serves as a sales leader and collaborates with supervisory team in communicating goals, plans, and assignments for each employee in efforts to achieving branch and member service goals. Motivates and empowers employees by fostering an environment of growth, reward, and recognition. Drives results and promotes an environment that delivers superior member service through consistent coaching and monitoring of employee performance and development. Operations Ensures branch is open and ready to conduct business. Provides direct/indirect supervision to employees and delegates various operational duties to branch supervisors. Assumes overall administrative responsibility for operating the branch. Manages and influences branch profitability with a particular emphasis on developing relationships and expanding the sales culture and process. Collaborates with Branch Administration and the Marketing Department regarding promotions, business development, merchandising, etc. Collaborates with Market Area Manager to develop annual budget and capital equipment expenditure forecast for expense items affecting the branch and reports on variances that may occur and reasons for them. Ensures that appropriate cash funds are available, maintaining a proper supply of vault cash, verifying cash received and maintaining inventory of checks, money orders, and other negotiable items. Ensures that all information relative to branch activity and processing (i.e.: vouchers, checks, loan applications, management reports, ancillary services, etc.) are forwarded to appropriate back office departments to ensure conformity and compliance in all phases of Credit Union operations and policies. Maintains adequate staffing levels to ensure that member service is maintained and creates a contingency plan in the event of staffing shortages. When necessary, delegates and assigns responsibilities to employees during absence. Assists members in seeking solutions on financial matters that relate to Credit Union products and services. Responsible for Branch Office efficiency and the safety and security of employees and members. Enforces safety and security procedures, maintains a sufficient inventory of supplies, and provides a comfortable work environment. Monitors environmental and ergonomic issues on a continual basis to ensure a safe and healthful environment both inside and outside the workplace. Business Development Collaborates with other Branch Managers in developing leads and engaging with local businesses to offer partnerships with the Credit Union. Executes the Credit Unions Financial Wellness initiatives through the delivery of various presentations/programs to local businesses. Tracks and reports on milestones by utilizing the Credit Unions Customer Relationship Management system. Develops and enhances the Credit Unions profile by partnering with community based organizations to carry out philanthropic efforts. Creates annual business plan which assesses local market conditions/demographics and identifies current and prospective sales opportunities. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for the overall management, supervision, and branch sales results in accordance with the Credit Unions policies and applicable laws. Ensures employees adhere to high ethical standards and complies with all policies and regulations. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems through a process of on-going communication. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:** Bachelors degree and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:** Notary Public, Insurance Certificate and Signature Guarantee. NMLS Registration and annual renewal.
