The Manager, Digital Media,

will have 7 plus years of proven experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Additionally the successful candidate will manage a team of 3 and must have 2-4 years of experience of experience directly managing others. Status and Location:

This is a full-time Hybrid role and requires presence in the office (3 days per week, Tue-Wed-Thu, with the ability to work remotely Mondays and Fridays) in any of the following locations: North Olmsted / Cleveland, OH Maumee / Toledo, OH Deerfield / Chicago, IL The successful candidate must live within commutable distance to any one of the locations listed above. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives for both DTC and retail channels. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, e-commerce, and product development to align paid media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously innovate and enhance campaign performance. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital media landscape. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure effective execution and delivery of paid media campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (7 years) in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment managing monthly budgets of over $100k. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders. 2-4 years of experience directly managing others. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques. Familiarity with retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices.
