This position is based in Sandy, UT, but our company operates nationally, particularly in large regional malls.

It's said, There's no second chance to make a first impression. As our Receptionist, you'll be our first impression, the voice of those calling on the phone and the face of the company of those visiting our office. Youll be responsible for performing reception desk and customer service duties and providing general office support for the Shops at South Town.

To succeed, you should be:

  • A people person who can make anyone feel welcome.
  • A great communicator who can connect with individuals who call and those who seek face-to-face interactions; you have a way with words.
  • Organized and proactive who can manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Able to maintain a flexible schedule. Were open seven days a week, so weekend availability is required

As the Receptionist Shops at South Town:

  • Youll greet and direct visitors, including welcoming guests, directing them as needed, and notifying appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Youll manage inquiries by answering or referring questions about the shopping center, including store locations, business hours, and event details.
  • Youll maintain the reception area, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized desk by following procedures and regulations.
  • Youll operate communication systems, including the phone system, assist with visitor logging, and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Youll support the leasing office and other teams with basic administrative tasks to support overall center operations.
