The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects, coordinating language translation needs, product label maintenance, legal document updates, and assisting the Marketing Project Manager in maintaining project plans. This position is part of the LifeVantage Experience Marketing Team and is located in our Lehi, UT office with great flexible work options. Work may require some travel, and occasional nights and weekends on the job.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (others may be assigned):
  • Language translation coordination: Work closely with marketing teams to manage the language translation process for marketing materials. Collaborate with external translation agencies to ensure accurate and timely translations for various markets and languages.
  • Product label maintenance: Assist in the management and maintenance of product labels and packaging. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and branding guidelines.
  • Legal document updates: Monitor and track the status of designed legal documents. Work closely with the legal department to ensure updates to corporate legal documents are implemented when necessary.
  • Project planning support: Collaborate with the Marketing Project Manager to maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Help monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for marketing teams, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in marketing projects. Ensure effective communication and smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials, translations, and legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiency in project coordination and execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, updates, and outcomes. Generate reports and summaries as needed for project analysis and reporting.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years in marketing project coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of marketing processes, including translation management, label maintenance, and legal document updates is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate across teams/departments
  • Experience in Direct Sales industry a bonus
