We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Clients team in the greater Fort Worth area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and client management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of loyalty and tenure within previous roles, demonstrating commitment and success. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 3-5 professionals Oversee existing book of business, focusing on client strategy and growth initiatives. Utilize digital marketing expertise to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support when necessary. Leverage analytical skills to tell compelling stories through data and insights. Collaborate with clients in a consultative manner, focusing on achieving results and driving growth. Maintain a client-facing role, building and nurturing strong relationships. Ensure team members are aligned with company objectives and deliver high-quality work. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on client management. 3+ years of previous experience in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including metasearch, paid search, and display advertising. Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
