: Lead the production, editing and delivery of SOQs, proposals, pre-qualification requests, and bid solicitations: Coordinate with the Vice President of Business Development and other team members including engineering consultants on approach to overall response Perform in-depth analysis of client SOQ/Proposal requirements to develop submittal outline, compliance matrix, production schedule, win themes, document design and development Coordinate team meetings and drive production of required technical writing and materials Maintain knowledge of all solicitation addenda and modifications and implement the necessary changes Create SOQ and proposal narratives, assemble response documents in Microsoft Word and/or Adobe InDesign Conduct quality control check to ensure RFP compliance and conformity to strategy and plan, proofread for grammar, readability, and clarity Work collaboratively with regional teams to produce final deliverables Information Management

: Actively maintain and organize business development information in the corporate CRM system including: SOQ and proposal boilerplate sections and graphics Maintain and update Staff resumes Detailed project descriptions, project photos, project references Update contact, account, project, and opportunities in CRM Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communications skills Exceptional editorial and proof-reading skills and high level of attention to detail Strong influencing skills: ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders Technology literacy including fluency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe InDesign Experience with Unanet Cosential CRM a plus Ability to work with and understand the needs of senior influencers and Key team partners Attributes Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment - responsive, quick and energetic Teamwork: ability to work effectively with external team partners and other internal department administrative staff as part of a team.
