Summary:
The Patient Navigator is responsible for patient care delivery and management. Coordinates patients diagnostic testing such as scans, biopsies, etc. Identifies current provider, office and patient needs, prioritizes and responds accordingly. . Maintains positive and effective relationships with employees, providers, hospital departments, and the public. Assist Medical Assistants as necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years previous primary care Medical Assistant experience required. Must maintain current CPR certifications. Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Work Shift Details:
Days, Day Shift, Monday-Friday. No Holidays, No Weekends.
