Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads from marketing campaigns to identify sales opportunities.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails, presenting our products and services effectively.
  • Solutions Expert: Understand client needs and recommend tailored products/services to enhance satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients based on trust and value.
  • Business Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Schedule meetings or calls between clients and the sales team.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our latest products, services, and pricing plans.
What You Bring:
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing data, with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
  • Sales Insights: Understanding of key sales performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Presentation Ability: Capability to deliver engaging, informative presentations.
  • Motivation to Learn: Eagerness to understand our products, business, and industry.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • Experience: Sales experience is a plus but not required.
