Job Brief:
The Senior Compensation Analyst oversees the development, implementation, and management of compensation policies and programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with labor laws. This role involves evaluating compensation packages through market analysis and demands a high level of business acumen and confidentiality management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units on compensation matters, including salary administration and workforce planning.
Manage salary administration processes, including structure design, merit planning, and budget review.
Maintain job descriptions, conduct evaluations, and determine salary grades and FLSA exemption status.
Conduct market surveys and analyze pay rates to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.
Design and implement new compensation programs and policies aligned with company goals and regulations.
Lead internal projects, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.
Utilize software and databases to analyze compensation data and administer pay programs.
Perform other assigned duties.
