Blood Bank Territory Manager

Brief Description
As an Account Manager your Impact is Vital You will work independently to achieve blood collection goals in an assigned territory by engaging and supporting volunteer blood drive coordinators. This entails building and maintaining relationships, coaching, and motivating coordinators to maximize donor recruitment efforts, especially for first-time donors. Additionally, the role includes securing new blood drive sources, representing the organization through public speaking and community engagement, and complying with relevant policies and processes. A successful account manager will have strong communication and sales skills, self-motivation, flexibility in working hours, and be growth minded.

We’re looking for someone who can:
Engage in public speaking opportunities including educational presentations and community events with efforts to initiate and establish agreements intended to acquire and retain volunteer blood drives.
Work with volunteer blood drive coordinators to help recruit and encourage first time donors, increase overall donor appointments, and increase blood drive frequency.
Work with community coordinators to schedule and sell future blood drive dates to meet company collection goals.
Develop personal recruitment plans along with blood drive committees to increase performance and collection goals
Pursue and secure new blood drive sources within assigned territory, identifying opportunities for national blood drive partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience required.
Valid in-state driver’s license
3 years related experience (
Related experience can include: Account Manager, Territory Management, Sales, Community Coordinator, Event Planning, Not For Profit, Volunteer Services, Philanthropy
