The following challenges await you:
•Hire and train sales in collaboration with HR, VP of Sales, Clinical, Sales Training Manager and other appropriate departments.
•Oversee sales team of up to 4-6 area managers.
•Create sales goals for sales representatives in alignment with VP of Sales.
•Develop and implement regular, at the beginning monthly, reviews to ensure representatives are meeting or exceeding targets.
•Drive revenue growth.
•Implement sales strategy.
•Manage sales budgets.

Your Profile:
•BS/BA in related discipline
•2-5 years of experience in wound care field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions
•Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
•1-3 years in Sales leadership roles
•Experience with skin substitutes preferred.
•Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
•Ability to influence others to achieve desired results using tenacity and diplomacy.
•Organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
