This is a full-time role in which you'll report to the Business Development Manager. You must be willing to work onsite at the North Hollywood Toyota office.

What you'll do as a Business Development Representative?

Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy. Possess knowledge of the services and dealership promotions. Set up appointments to drive in potential customers to the dealership Log customer information Confirm existing appointments and re-schedule missed appointments.

Qualifications

What we look for in our Business Development Representative?

Automotive BDC experience is preferred but not required Customer service: 1 year preferred Upbeat, high energy and persuasive in nature Task and process-oriented Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Comfortable following scripts Proficient Computer Skills
