We currently have an opening for our F&I - Finance & Insurance Sales Manager position.
**FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
* Manage and sell finance and insurance products
* Develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers and lending partners
* Process credit applications (including follow-up information)
* Quote payments and terms to customers
* Complete the contract and funding process with lenders
* Enable processes that yield 100% deal turnover to the Finance department
* Assist in fleet sales, financing, and leasing
* Collaborate with the sales to share the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended services
* Utilize available sales programs and provide information to sales teams
**FINANCE & INSURANCE SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS**
**Travel**
* 8:30 - 5:30 M-F, no weekends, paid holidays
* Some travel required.
**Required Education and Experience**
* 2+ years of Finance & Insurance dealership experience
* Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must stay current with State and Federal finance and insurance regulations
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Account or Finance or equivalent; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
**Additional Skills and Requirements:**
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization
* Bi-lingual is a plus
* Understand and follow all work rules and lawful directions from Management
* Upholds the companys non-disclosure and confidentiality policies
