We are on the hunt for a Senior Creative Director who is not only a master of design but also a strategic thinker and a leader in the creative process. Your role will be pivotal in guiding our projects from inception to completion, starting with the development of clear objectives that encompass conceptual direction, innovative structural design, and graphic excellence. You will lead the charge in manufacturing, tailoring our output to exceed customer expectations and providing visually stunning solutions that drive sales.
As the creative helm of our team, you will engage directly with our clients, offering your expertise to solve complex design challenges through personal interactions and various communication channels. Your leadership will ensure that our creative timelines are met with precision and that every project reflects our commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from inception to handoff to individual facilities for production while maintaining effective communication to team during all phases of projects.
Assesses the information provided by sales and clients to create innovative designs, while considering manufacturability, structural integrity, assembly, and cost effectiveness for the customer.
Designs and produces visual communication in a variety of formats and materials, including prototypes, mock-ups, three dimensional drawings, illustrative renderings, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and presentation when needed.
Consistently interact with customers at all stages of the projects as well as meet in person from time to time with sales staff to help facilitate timelines, process procedures, and any other support sales needs.
Create high-end prototypes for customer presentations.
Ability to create organized and clear specifications, die-lines, and BOM’s for individual plants and clients alike.
Work collaboratively with all divisions across Green Bay Packaging with design teams and customer service to understand manufacturing and to create a better working environment between the divisions.
Effectively communicate the reasoning behind design decisions with clients and sales.
Maintain clear organization of all projects working through the In-Store Division at initial phases.
Remain up to date on trends in innovation, technology, etc. within In-Store solutions.
Qualifications:
Degree in design related to In-Store solutions or role with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to problem solve critical problems with solutions and ever-changing variables.
Must be able to organize and prioritize projects on a daily/weekly basis.
Able to communicate clearly and courteously with everyone involved in the process from sales to customers to individual plant personnel with the ability to modify communication style that is formal and unformal to match appropriate levels of the audience targeted.
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, ArtiosCad, Adobe Creative Suite, and any others that might become relevant to the role.
Ability to conceptualize design graphically is a plus.

The Great Lakes Division supplies corrugated containers, point of purchase displays, wood/foam specialty packaging, and contract packaging and fulfillment services. Our goal is to provide our customers solutions to their packaging and retail requirements and deliver “one stop shopping solutions.”
