Responsibilities

•Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails
•Ability to cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
•Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
•Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
•Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
•Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
•Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Qualifications

Coachability is a must
•A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required
•The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
•A successful track record of meeting sales quotas is a must
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role
•The candidate should have a competitive spirit, be self-motivated, and be driven to succeed
•The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust network is crucial
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required
•A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are necessary
