We are looking for an experienced Learning Manager to support the local deployment of SAP S/4 HANA to our Business Units. The unites operate upstream oil and gas assets in Central California and is part of a broader S/4 release to four (4) upstream business units in North America. The Learning Manager is a pivotal role for ensuring that ~800 employees across our Business Unit are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use and adopt SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for overseeing the training coordination, execution of training sessions and continuously assessing the training needs of local end users to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. Your goal will be to enhance user competency, productivity, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA through effective local training programs and delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a training manager, trainer/educator, or similar role, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA applications, system functionalities, and business processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with participants effectively.

• Ability to oversee the execution of engaging and effective complex training programs.

• Experience with adult learning principles and training assessment methodologies.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Multiple full-cycle ERP deployments, with at least one deployment working directly for the client/business

o Choose between a 4/10 schedule or a 9/80 schedule

o Both are hybrid location – Monday & Friday are always remote; Tuesday – Thursday is in-person at the Bakersfield, CA offices.
