We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who will be driving execution of some of the platform's largest initiatives, creating tight collaboration between engineering, product and business teams, and improving our processes. A successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic cross-functional teams, be able to deal with complexity and ambiguity and come up with innovative solutions and best practices to support a growing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with product, business and engineering teams to define project deliverables and milestones.

  • Work cross functionally to identify resources and develop project schedules based on requirements, technical challenges, available resources, and business needs.

  • Proactively identify risks and engage with the right partners to put in place contingency/mitigation plans.

  • Gather requirements and define user stories ensuring features deliver expected business value and objectives

  • Drive project execution across multiple product teams, manage migration and roll out plans to ensure quality and timeliness of all the deliverables.

  • Effectively communicate program status, issues, risks and dependencies with all the stakeholders at various levels in the organization.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of demonstrated project/program management experience working with cross functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences), MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).

  • Strong technical background and the ability to understand technical solutions and contribute to technical design and implementation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Deep experience with current industry standard program/project management tools and techniques
