Summary: Assist in the daily operation of the branch under the supervision of the Branch Operations Manager within the guidance and directives as determined by Branch Administration. Senior Teller's are available to assist all tellers at the branch that are at 400 million and above. With prior branch teller and new accounts experience, position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Processing paying and receiving transactions.

2. Daily teller cash reconciliation and teller drawer balancing.

3. Prepare and process internal and external customer account transfer requests.

4. Prepare outgoing wire transfer requests.

5. Answer and respond to telephone inquiries.

6. Run and prepare daily reports for supervisor review.

7. Daily balancing of branch cash.

8. Assist in preparing outgoing shipments and change orders.

9. Vault cash processing and daily balancing.

10. Process check and deposit slip orders and reorders from customers.

11. Assist in processing address and customer information changes.

12. Assist in processing branch teller proof work to include encoding and scanning.

13. Assist supervisor in branch cross-training as assigned.

A background check is required for this position.
