Continually monitor and troubleshoot all processes related to injection molding. React to feedback from internal and external customers and participate in 8-D, 5 Why and related problem-solving activities. Support Departmental KOI goals to achieve business objectives related to uptime, part quality, mold change time and cycle time. Develop and implement PFMEA's, Continual Improvement Plans, Control Plans and work instructions in the Molding Department. Maintain ISO 9000/TS16949 procedures as they relate to process requirements and documentation thereof.Who we are looking for Knowledge of PPAP / Submission process systems or equivalent is required. Blueprint reading and GD&T is required. Prior internal auditing or lead auditing to TS-16949 experience is required. Exposure to multiple OEM specifications, standards and quality systems is required. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel is required. Knowledge of AIAG core tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, etc. is required.Your preferred qualifications Experience processing plastics is a preferred. Knowledge of automation systems and controls is preferred. Associate's Degree in a technical field of study required.
