on behalf of our client.

The

On-Site Manufacturing HR Business Partner

acts as a trusted, strategic partner to both plant management and employees. This role spearheads the human resources function at a large manufacturing plant, while partnering with experts in other HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HRIS. We are seeking a passionate and energetic HRBP with the ability to drive change and build relationships within a growth culture. This is an onsite role with people management responsibilities.

How you’ll shape the future of talent: • Support a manufacturing operations site with strong HR partnering skills • Works within a Center of Excellence model in a global organization • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, including performance management, career development, conflict resolution, and the employee life cycle • Works closely with management and employees to create a culture that enhances morale to increase productivity, retention, and employee engagement • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to the business; provides coaching and counseling to managers and employees • Manages employee relations and conducts investigations when needed • Implements and drives HR initiatives and uses data to measure the effect and to ensure continuous improvement • Partners with cross functional stakeholders and members of the broader HR team • Work safely and vigorously participate in safety programs at the site

You’ll be someone who can bring: • Bachelors’ degree in an HR or business-related field • 5+ years of experience in a professional HR role (e.g., HR Generalist or HR Business Partner) in a

manufacturing and/or industrial environment • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-based programs • People management experience a plus
