Join the Cleveland Clinic team, where you will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.A caregiver in this position works a variable PRN schedule, 8am-4:30pm, weekday and weekends.A caregiver who excels in this role, will:Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition and establishes goals and plan of care.Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard speech therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the plete documentation to comply with department, hospital, and regulatory standards.Minimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:Master's level degree required.Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Program.Current Ohio Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.Must hold or have applied for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology from American Speech-Language Hearing Association.Preferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:Experience in clinical area preferred.Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
