Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager who is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning techniques, recommendation algorithms, and personalization to enhance the entertainment experience for our customers. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced algorithms and features that drive user engagement, content discovery, and customer satisfaction across our video services products. Key Responsibilities: Define the product roadmap for AI/ML-driven recommendations and personalization features that enhance customer experience and engagement across our video service products Work closely with engineering, data science, and research teams to ensure effective implementation of models, algorithms, and personalization engines Drive A/B testing, data analysis, and user research to continuously optimize recommendation quality, relevance, and business impact metrics Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including content acquisition, curation, marketing, and UX design to gather requirements and insights that shape recommendations and personalization tactics Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, encompassing design, development, testing, and rollout of new AI/ML/recommendation features Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to recommendations, personalization, and media consumption patterns to identify opportunities Define and track KPIs, analyze engagement metrics, and deliver compelling presentations to executive leadership on personalization/recommendations strategy

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in ML/AI-driven products, recommendations systems, media/entertainment technology, or related fields Skills and Qualifications: Deep technical understanding of machine learning concepts such as collaborative filtering, content-based recommendations, and experience with recommendation/personalization tools and frameworks Expertise in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis to derive insights from large user datasets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional audiences Passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative personalization and discovery capabilities This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, data-driven product manager to shape the future of personalization for our video platforms and services.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year Benefits

. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
