As a family-owned business based in Austin, Texas, we specialize in bringing joy and excitement to our customers' events through our high-quality bounce house rentals. Our commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the event services industry. We are currently expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Bounce House Delivery Specialist to ensure our inflatable rentals are delivered, set up, and picked up with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport bounce houses and related equipment to and from event locations.

- Install and dismantle bounce houses according to safety standards and protocols.

- Inspect and clean equipment before and after each use to ensure they meet our quality and safety guidelines.

- Provide excellent customer service, including answering any questions and ensuring customer satisfaction with the setup.

- Manage inventory and report any equipment damages or issues to the management team.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and drive safely with large and/or heavy loads.

Qualifications:

- Experience in delivery services, event setups, or similar roles preferred but not essential.

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor conditions.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor.
