Ordr solves this problem with our AI-powered IoT security platform, providing enterprises with complete visibility and security over every class of network-connected device and system.

About the Role: The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is dedicated to 2-5 Strategic Accounts for Ordr and will cover all sales offices in the United States for the Strategic Partner. The PSM should ensure the partners are up to date and capable to commercially and technically support the Ordr in the pre and post sales process.

The PSM will report into Ordrs Channel/Alliance working closely with Ordr Sales and Channel Marketing teams. The primary functions of the PSM are driving awareness of Ordr, developing and executing sales programs/promotions, developing and delivering Strategic Partner originated sales opportunities to the Ordr sales organization, and exceeding sales quotas. The PSM will also be responsible for driving key sales enablement activities that would include end-user demos, product trainings, webinar enrollments, deal registrations, Lunch & Learns, sales huddles, and joint sales calls.

**Responsibilities:**

Drive Ordr awareness to the Ordr Strategic sales community focused on creating net new Ordr pipeline

Manage Strategic Partner Pipeline and pipeline acceleration to close

Connect Ordr sellers with their geographic counterparts at Ordrs Strategic

Track key metrics (AM-Ordr Sales connections, Demos, free trials, webinar attendance, Deal Registrations, Lunch & Learns, AM trainings, and joint sales calls)

Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews to Ordr leadership

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant technical field

5+ years Channel sales experience

Proven track record of success

Thorough understanding of program/campaign execution through Channel Partners

Solid relationships with existing Sales Managers, Account Managers, Sales Supervisors, Purchasing, and Sales Engineers within Ordr Strategic Partners

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to regional sales facilities and the Ordr corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, CA
