Job Description:

RSI is seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to help build and lead a dynamic team of onboarding specialists. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our CRM and marketing automation software for new clients, while also driving internal process improvements and optimizing departmental performance. Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including information gathering, kick-off and recurring meetings, and resource management. Platform Configuration: Configure the CRM platform according to the unique needs and preferences of each client, ensuring all settings, workflows, and automations are optimized for their specific requirements. Integrations and Data Migration: Coordinate the integration of client practice management, VOIP, marketing, and merchant processing systems into our platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process. Training and Support: Coordinate comprehensive training sessions with clients and internal training staff on how to effectively use the RSI platform, including best practices around automation, workflow management, and reporting. Troubleshooting: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any technical issues or concerns promptly and efficiently. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, customizations, and training materials for future reference. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product engineering to continually improve the onboarding process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in SaaS product implementation, preferably in the healthcare, CRM, or Marketing Automation industry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service and support to clients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field a plus.

Preferred / Nice-to-have Qualifications: Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, or other CRM platforms Netsuite, Clarizen, Monday or other project management software Nextech, Modernizing Medicine, Athena or other practice management software VoIP / Contact Center solutions Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zapier or other no/low-code workflow solutions
