We believe in celebrating Britains finest produce. Predominantly we use wild, sustainable ingredients, with a focus on wild venison. We share a building with a beautiful hotel and serve breakfast to the hotel guests each morning.

**Breakfast Chef, Bath - Requirements:**

* To be responsible for the breakfast production and service

* To assist in the preparation, cooking and service of staff meals twice a day. Lunch and dinner.

* ensure all ordering is completed for the breakfast kitchen.

* To support the Head Chef in ensuring the efficient, and effective running of the Kitchen.

* Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and is in line with the standards set.

* Prepare breakfasts to the highest standard whilst keeping the guest expectations at the forefront of your mind.

* To keep your mise en place levels up to the required level whilst rotating stock.

* Be mindful of waste, always seek help to utilise all food and minimise waste.

* Report any faults or defects as you see them.

* Maintain a high standard of Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices.

* Ensure that you are correctly dressed in your uniform.

* Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments in the hotel.

* To train, where necessary, any Chefs in the breakfast service kitchen.

* Attend all relevant training as and when required

* To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.

* Ensure that while you undertake your role you abide by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and safe system of work appropriate to your role.

* Comply with the company polices and code of conduct at all times.
