The Specialist will have a solid background in the interdependencies between Operations, Technology Capability areas (key systems, platforms) and departments outside of delivery (Finance, Fund Management, Compliance, Tax). They will have the ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical Zinnia associates. Intake Specialist will have a strong grasp of requirements gathering and estimation. The Intake Specialist will use the estimation catalog to support a quick turnaround. They use internal resources to research current processes and functionality by client. They have strong attention to detail, are problem solvers and can translate between the External Client, Product Management, Information Technology, Operations, and Management teams in order to ensure requirements are captured.
