Note: Hybrid Job Description: Objectives: Provide immediate network design and architecture support on existing projects. Develop a strategic architecture plan that aligns with the company's business goals and technological capabilities. Recommend scalable, sustainable, and secure technology solutions to drive business value. Facilitate the adoption of architectural best practices and frameworks. Assess the current state's network architecture and identify areas for improvement. Scope of Work: Assess current network architecture and make recommendations for improvements. Design and implement scalable and reliable network solutions to meet current and future business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide network architecture guidance. Implement security measures to protect the network infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the network team. Key deliverables: Project Architecture Support :Immediate work on existing projects in need of network architecture support. Architecture Plan & Execution: A Strategic Network Architecture Plan, including a roadmap, implementation guidelines, and investment priorities for ongoing and new initiatives. Work with the appropriate stakeholders to come up with an execution strategy and consult as needed during various stages of the implementation. Architecture Assessment Report: Documenting findings from the current architecture assessment detailing the current state, gaps, and recommendations for improvement. Target Architecture Document : Detailed documentation of the target architecture, including models and diagrams. Roadmap and Implementation Plan: A comprehensive plan outlining the phased implementation of the target network architecture. Required Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Network Architect Demonstrated expertise in network architecture within enterprise environments. Proven track record in designing and deploying largescale network infrastructures. Extensive experience across various IT domains including Network, Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Data. Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including business & IT (Infrastructure, Development, Operations, security & Data teams) Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and adeptness in aligning network solutions with business objectives sustainably. Experience in developing network architecture models reflective of organizational strategies and goals. Analytical prowess to assess and recommend appropriate networking technologies, tools, and frameworks. Problem-solving skills to tackle networking challenges and enhance existing network infrastructures efficiently Certification: Possession of relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
