Metro Sales is seeking a Sales Manager to work out of our Rochester office to lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training and mentorship and being a positive role model.

What You Will Do:

Lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training and mentorship.
Develop sales representatives in the areas of product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management.
Achieve established goals and quotas, including Team Gross Margin.
Adhere to the company's policies, programs and procedures.
Contributing on structure, direction, programs and policies.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
Provide support for sales associates through the Sales cycle.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to coach/develop sales team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and building relationship skills.
Ability to bring market knowledge to sales processes.
Ability to manage the sales process and provide sales planning.
Computer proficiency in MS Office, e-mail, sales prospecting database and internet functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four-year college degree

2-5 years sales management experience
