Responsibilities of the Benefits Manager:
- Develop and manage employee benefits package, covering health, life, disability, and wellness plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster relationships with external vendors and providers to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide guidance on benefits enrollment and usage.
- Handle day-to-day benefits administration, including billing, enrollment, and adjustments.
- Create and distribute employee communications related to benefits.
- Monitor employee eligibility in line with company guidelines.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Present benefits-related data and trends to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant benefits management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
