About the Role:

The Community Health Recruiter is responsible for acquiring new talent to the Company by managing the full recruiting lifecycle. Supporting the Community Health department as its customer, this role will oversee multiple concurrent talent searches to meet the business needs of the Community Health department while providing an exceptional candidate experience that represents the values of MAS Medical Staffing.

As the Community Health Recruiter, you will:

Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies. Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements; serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process. Manage full recruiting lifecycle and process from intake discussion through offer acceptance; provide value-added guidance on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected. Initiate and manage onboarding/new hire process to ensure a positive transition from candidate to new employee. Meet department goals and metrics related to calls, contacts made, and hires. Research, recommend, and execute new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Accurately manage and maintain candidate profiles and onboarding process in Bullhorn. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to ensure an effective and efficient process that minimizes waste and optimizes the hiring of top talent. Attending career fairs and other on-site recruiting events as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

In this position, you must have: Strong internal motivation to get the job done, with a high bar for excellence. High degree of professionalism and collaboration Ability to work independently. Display accountability, always meeting deadlines and keeping commitments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced team with changing priorities.

Education/Experience/Licensure: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Experience in the Behavioral Health field strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette Proficient in MS Office and able to learn multiple software programs. Experience using virtual platforms for interviewing. Experience with Healthcare recruiting preferred but not required.

Location: The Community Health Recruiter is a hybrid position based out of our Manchester, NH office.
