How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The SAP Commerce Architect will be analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives and provide technical leadership and contribution to architecture, design and development of solutions in SAP Commerce and connected commerce systems. This role will see involvement in projects, unique initiatives, and run state activities while working with a wide range of personnel such as Business Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Architects, Consultants, Vendors, and other developers to deliver high quality solutions and design.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide necessary technical oversight, design, architecture and development review to deliver against the IT and business roadmap
Architect, design, communicate, and deliver innovative end-to-end solutions
Collaborates with functional (product) and project teams to understand needs and enable them utilizing SAP delivered solutions and/or customizations
Participates in vendor
evaluations/demonstrations,
discovery sessions for proposed projects, and blueprint/design sessions for approved projects
Leverage extensive knowledge of industry practices, SAP Commerce, other software solutions, and methodologies to make technical recommendations on complex problem resolution
Provide direct on-site technical leadership as a subject matter expert on high-profile projects
Perform integration architecture and infrastructure design activities
Participate in resolving technology integration problems
Act as a mentor, coach or trainer to all stakeholders by sharing business, technical, or design expertise
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication throughout projects
Participate in product roadmap and product strategy definition
Manage processes, protocols, and standards for architecture designs
Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required, up to 10%

Are you a MATCH?
Required Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area
Required Length & Type of Experience
:
Minimum of 8 years’ development experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris)
Minimum of 10 years development experience in object oriented design and development
Minimum of 5 years in systems implementation, integration, or IT architect role
Minimum of 3 years in search technologies
Must have experience with webMethods integrations
Must have experience with eProcurement platforms
Experience in working in RHEL 7.5 or greater
Experience working in SAP ECC
Strong troubleshooting skills are required
Experience in handling system performance challenges
Experience working with software vendors and consulting firms
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
:
Understanding and encouraging standard processes and best practices for SAP Commerce architectural design, development and enhancements
Understanding of Application development, testing, integration, and DevOps principles and practices
Extensive understanding of SAP Commerce functional areas and configuration and integration points.
Knowledge of SAP Commerce, SAP ECC, EDI, API Integration Platforms, Marketing and eCommerce Platforms
Ability to effectively communicate and influence Process Teams, Business Leaders, IT leaders, and IT developers
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects
Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills
Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a logical sequence; at a level appropriate to the audience and resulting in effective working relationships
Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results oriented
Expected to work occasional weekends, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
Demonstrable ability to build long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
