Role Description

This is a full-time remote role that will shift into a hybrid role within 90 days, for a Litigation Paralegal at Khatib Law in Ontario, CA. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all stages of litigation, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, conducting witness interviews and coordinating with clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years plus experience in litigation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research and document preparation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field;
  • 1 year experience working in litigation of employment related claims;
