Position Summary:
Join our team as an industry leader in serving our members by utilizing best-in-class operating and clinical models. The Senior Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager of the System Optimization & Support Team, is part of a core team that delivers project and program services across Medicare and Duals Care Management initiatives.
This role will focus on driving process and system improvement. The Senior Analyst must be innovative and not afraid to challenge existing ways of working to continuously improve and enhance our care model and care delivery mechanisms.
Job Responsibilities:

Assists in defining and writing business requirements for system enhancements and/or operational reporting needs
*
Recommends appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs
*
Supports UAT and business simulation activities for new system enhancements and/or operational reports
*
Conducts research associated with business issues
*
Utilizes operational reports to support care management operations in monitoring automated business rules
*
Works with clinical operations to develop workarounds to system or reporting issues
*
Conducts impact analysis of system changes to business operations, including clinical operations and reporting teams
*
Monitors and reports on performance relative to newly implemented system changes
*
Leads projects and utilizes project management principles and processes
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Education

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors or certification as a Project Management Professional.
