We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Concierge) to join our Medical Concierge Team. The Medical Concierge is required to be knowledgeable to help answer questions, direct plans of care, and guide a customer through the N|H wellness recommendations as suggested by the Nurse Practitioner.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** AA/AS degree preferred. Basic Medical terminology strongly preferred. Minimal one year of medical record upkeep and maintenance. Minimal one year scheduling patients and providing follow up connections. Minimal one year administrative support preferably in the healthcare field.
**ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS:** 1. Tracking hormone and executive wellness packages. 2. Admin support to NP on site - Scheduling, arranging meetings, etc. 3. In- Body / Visia appointment scheduling. 4. Lab results/ printing. 5. Schedule management - scheduling patients for services. 6. Inventory Management - Maintain organized medical supplies, including ordering or advising of inventory needs, as directed. 7. Expert knowledge on wellness testing and NH services. 8. Follow-up on patients who are past due for repeat testing.
