Job Description:
Detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist in East Lansing. This onsite position requires a reliable individual with at least 6 months of data entry experience to assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized and easily accessible records.
  • Handle confidential information with care and integrity.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry software/tools.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
