salary: $19 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing
  • Maintain employee personnel records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll
  • Assist with managing benefit plans including organizing open enrollment each year
  • Assist with preparation of W2's and 1095's, workers comp claims and leave of absence/FMLA paperwork
  • Participate in displinary meetings, terminations and investigations
