Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Lube Dispatch and Inventory Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the logistics of lube dispatch, ensuring timely delivery, accurate inventory management, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Coordination

Oversee scheduling and dispatching of lube deliveries to customers.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time departures and arrival.

Handle customer inquiries regarding lube delivery status.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory counts.

Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.

Implement strategies to optimize inventory management and minimize waste.

Warehouse Operations

Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.

Ensure proper storage and organization of lubricant products.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

Communication & Reporting

Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, returns, and discrepancies.

Generate and present inventory and dispatch reports to management.

Collaborate with Houston (HQ) to forecast demand and plan reorders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift & pallet jack).

Key Competencies:

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
