POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION: Research, analyze, and design solutions through deep functional knowledge of business processes to deliver value to end-users of the Oracle E-Business Suite and other non-Oracle applications. Offer functional depth and expertise to technical solutions. Partner with IT and business process experts to articulate business requirements and ensure applications meet business needs. Provide technical and functional mentoring to junior team members, including feedback and review of proposed solutions to ensure functional viability for customers. Design and coordinate robust testing plans for solutions with business process experts and IT employees. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, or related field OR commensurate experience Five plus years’ experience in Information Technology or related experience Experience participating and leading in a team environment Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business requirements and technical range to deliver value to customers Demonstrated consistent excellence in applying business functional knowledge across multiple projects and/or organizations Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications or similar ERP platform *Ability to be on-call to support a manufacturing environment that operates 24 X 7* (If applicable) Capability to travel, primarily between Charter locations, if applicable PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Functional or technical experience in a manufacturing environment. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Participate on and lead teams of IT and business process experts to enhance business processes through the delivery of technology and driving continuous improvement, primarily within the Oracle E-Business Suite. Explain relevant process elements, issues, and trends to foster a greater understanding among internal and external colleagues and constituents. Apply deep business functional knowledge to
