What you’ll be doing:

Help develop and execute the strategy for company-wide financial systems, ensuring roadmaps are aligned to company and team goals

Oversee the implementation, integration and maintenance of financial and reporting software applications and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization

Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify, evaluate and recommend scalable financial technology solutions

Lead system upgrades, enhancements and customization projects while communicating progress updates to appropriate stakeholders

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, and maintain compliance and security with internal controls

Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver recommendations and effective change management solutions

Develop and administer training programs and post-implementation support to end-users to maximize system and tool utilization

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners

Build, lead and manage an engaged team of high-performing financial systems professionals

Stay up-to-date with emerging technology, industry trends and best practices

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IT or related required – MBA, CPA or advanced degree is a plus

10+ years of experience in financial systems

5+ years leadership experience

Experience creating, communication, executing and managing strategic financial systems initiatives and programs

Advanced knowledge and working experience with Oracle Financials

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to recommend highly analytical and thoughtful enterprise financial systems designs and solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization

Self-motivated and aggressively proactive
