Following a recent merger with Fluidra, our Salt Lake City facility has expanded operations to also manufacture pool and landscape design features such as cleaning systems, waterfalls, and fire elements.
We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to provide best in class customer service for our dealers and distributors, supporting Grand Effects products. Our Order Entry Specialist will ensure orders are configured and entered accurately in our systems so products are manufactured to customers' specifications.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Enter customer orders in Navision and our web configurator.
- Ensure orders are entered accurately and on time.
- Work with sales staff on special buy programs, ensuring terms, discounts and request dates are entered appropriately.
- Coordinate shipping methods and dates with production planning.
- Provide support to sales staff and dealers with order entry requirements and specifications.
- Provide pricing, product availability, order status, and answers to general product questions.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and chat for both internal and external customers, which includes sales staff, manufacturing, dealers and distributors.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Capacity to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Approachable, professional, positive attitude that leads to the creation of effective relationships with internal and external customers.
