Support Financial Advisors' Ultra High Net Worth clients in busy Family Office.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
2+ years' experience in account services, including account opening, maintenance, wire transfers, and asset transfers.
Experience in a family office, wealth management office, or financial institution preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
ADDITIONAL ABILITIES

If you have the following experience, you can qualify for the higher end of the salary range:
Legal
background/experience
Ability to review and understand estate planning documents and corporate structures (LLCs, Corps,and Offshore Entities).
Ability to communicate with attorneys and registered agents to coordinate structure changes, KYC updates, provide information to complete different filing obligations according to each jurisdiction.
Ability to communicate with accountants to provide information to complete clients' filing requirements in a timely manner.
YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
Lead the end-to-end
process/communications
with private equity funds for new subscripIons and updates to provide all the required information and documentation.
Ensure timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries.
Support Wealth Managers and Associate Wealth Managers.
Perform administrative review on all client relaIonships to idenIfy and update information.
